Pages 68-80 Response

In pages 68-80 of Shawshank Redemption only one thing happens but it is very big. In pages 68-80 of Shawshank Redemption Andy Dufresne explains to Reef his plans on what he plans on doing when he gets out of prison. First off Andy explains about where he plans on going and what he plans on doing. Andy explains to Red that he plans on going to a place by the name of Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Andy then proceeds to explain to Red that he plans on opening up a small hotel with six cabanas on the beach and six further back, and the hotel will be catered to couples on their honeymoons not families with children. Secondly,  Red is confused on how Andy will accomplish this task when he has no money to his name so he asks him. Andy then proceeds to explain that while he was on trial his friend Jim had created a fake ID for him. This fake ID that has been created for Andy includes a Social Security card, Maine driver's licence, and a birth certificate. Also Andy Dufresne has a new name: Peter Stevens. After this Andy then proceeds to explain to Red that he has not lost all of his money and instead of loosing his money while on trial Andy's friend Jim has sold his possessions and set a bank account under the name of Peter Stevens with all taxes paid so that if Andy were ever to get out he would have money to do what he wanted to do. Andy finally explains to Red where the key to the bank account is hidden. He explains to Red that the key is hidden under a piece of black glass in a hayfield in Buxton. Also Andy explains to Red that the amount of money that he has saved in the bank account is $370,000. Red thinks that Andy is crazy for not using this money to hire an excellent lawyer to get him released. I think that in the next ten pages that Andy will become increasingly angry at the warden to the point where he demands that another re-trial be done.
